From the previous announcement that was given, all iml tokens are presently locked for any kind of transaction till March 1st, in this time only investors tokens will be unlocked and ready for trading in the current listed exchange - Hitbtc, while in March 30th, bounty participants will have their tokens unlocked can be tradeable in the currently listed exchange.
From the above announcement there will be private placement and subsequently another ico in q3, though am a bit confuse about having a 3rd ico while iml tokens are been traded in exchange, wont it affect price?
