Transaction is completed, and even though there is no memo, poloniex doesn't seem to require one.

And also your transaction is well above the 20 ripple that is required to keep an address active at the start, so I don't see any reason for poloniex to be delaying your deposit apart from them being shitty with customer service.

It's quite a common issue and it's these issues that are deterring people from using poloniex.

Wait for a response from them, for me it was quite fast but it could be slower for you.
