scam? bug?

I got the email @03:47 CEST so i have to pay until 04:47 CEST and then i'll get an confirmation email.
I've done sending bitcoins to the address shown (
https://blockchain.info/address/1FdEtSWcGeNooZYJu4cZ7dXhVYmpNPnuPz ) and did not got any e-mail for confirmation!
So i have to think that my order is canceled.... so what now?
(yes, 60 mins are passed)
If i'm wrong in any point, please correct me!
I use Electrum to receive payments (not BitPay) and this plugin wait 6 confirmations in the bitcoin network. After it is confirmed a customer receive a 'Payment confirmation' e-mail (going to check it again right now to be sure)
If status or your order is changed to "processing" that means confirmation received and I have 1 day to ship your order.
Sorry for that inconvenience. I will try to make all processes clear for customers.
