I've gotten 0.00175 BTC on a xapo account that I don't use anymore, I'm willing to sell it  for 14$ paypal.
Xapo doesn't charge any transaction fees for transactions between xapo users, so you're gonna have to have a xapo account for this to happen.

According to xapo, as of 2-15-2018, 4 am NY time. My bitcoin is worth 17.20$.
As you can see I'm going 3.20$ under market price or 18.6%, you won't see a deal like this very often.
