Buy Stratis under 10$  is very very worth and good decision. 1 ico started on stratis,  this years i think stratis become super popular for his easy understand programmer language. You dont need to have super knowledge about pragramming if you want a create ICO  on stratis platform. If you look at Eth charts 2016-11-01 till 2017-11-01,  and then look to stratis from 2017-11-01 -  it will ,,moon,, May-April   its simmilar guys.  Its just mine opinion,  take your research,  but price will be 100$ this year for sure.
