If you have a ticket that is to do with you losing money in some way because of Cryptopia, you have submitted it more than 2 months ago, and you are not happy with Cryptopia's response to your ticket (for example if Cryptopia hasn't responded to you at all), you can try lodging a complaint with the FDRS. The complaint process is free of charge and is available to most NZ and overseas clients of Cryptopia.
