Seriously a coin that has a supply of 250 million and you'll keep nearly half of it can easily manipulated.

Its obvious that it is just an example on where his pertaining on a coin developer making his own coin and make an ICO then reserve huge portion of coins for the sake of manipulation or on purely on making money but only newbie or fool investors will definitely fall for this kind of trap where huge part of coins is on the hands on its developer.
