Somewhere yes, @michail1 was right too, there is indeed a God mode, and the magic was (among others) to change the verification steps

They used it between the 11th and 14th of december to apparently transfer all the coins to themselves, except maybe some but this just means that you can't claim anything without them, because there is nothing left

All of this is in the code and even commented (if (godmode) bla bla)

Currently writing a gist about what they did and how, I think I am close now, again it would help if I could get the hex output of one of their transactions (if people here can inquire/relay somewhere else maybe...)
