SegWit2X Team Works on Implementation of Hybrid Protocol Consensus POW & POS
As the result of the additional hardfork, the hybrid mining will be introduced. We decided to implement this function to make the mining process even more secure. SegWit2X team is also planning to adopt POW and POS mechanisms, and this intention is going to be realized by the end of february
ROFL, it's very hilarious this thread, fun never ends. In three months the only relevant lines in the git repo are related to the pre-mine, there isn't even the unique address format that should have been ready from day zero. And now the proof of stake, that's really a smart move when you pre-mined most of the coins. And in two weeks! What's next? Sharding for unlimited scalability? 1 Terabyte blocks?
