But I wonder if I have found a bug - nothing happens when I click the "Buy" button after searching for tickets...
May be a bug, we are still in beta.
What SO and browser are using you?
In Google Chrome I needed to double click the buy button.
Also as a test I tried to search for tickets from AMS -> JFK -> AMS. Go on September 9, return on September 23.
Skyscanner found a flight for 530EUR (http://www.travel2be.nl/HtmlRedirectT2BNL2/AMS/NYC/1/0/0/09-09-2013/23-09-2013/RT/false/true/d9aZEXNL/TEPyUXlTe0yv2nwn65l2Z760HAh336DbvJRsAwYYYaTCB1QVCOTRruZNJ4p46xAZqiJi99qpeiGV0Nx2mahdvg==/?cmp=d9aZEXNL no idea if this link works for anyone but me) but your site had 570EUR as cheapest.
