I'm running latest version 12/02/2018, using simplewallet. How do I do a reindex?

If you are still having this issue with latest wallet. The best solution is to remove everything
except wallet.dat from %appdata%/snowgem and the wallet will redownload the blockchain.
I have run the .bat (snowgemd.exe -reindex) & it worked.
