A conservative guess for ZCL is $300 before fork. BTCP I would think a conservative $300 as well, but with the new tax laws in USA coming into effect, it could drive up much higher.

My initial stance when I got into crypto was "why should I report it? how will they know that I own it?" But I eventually decided that I will report things on my taxes because what happens when you start selling your massive gains? The IRS is going to flag your bank account and ask you "where did all those deposits of $50,000 come from?"
Yeah, I get that. I'll report that stuff. But what they want you to do is report every transaction, every trade. From btc to eth to omg to eth to btc to ltc to whatevercoin. Every trade! F that! LOL!
Yeah, I am absolutely appalled that they expect us to keep track of EVERY trade... In my first three-four months of trading, I performed around 200 trades. After I heard about the new law, maybe 10 trades since then...
