The first line corresponds to 10k [not sure why it is in silver, maybe see further comment by Victor Tarasenko below his post]
The second line most likely corresponds to some technical pattern, which I am not familiar with.
Is there such a thing as "golden saucer" in TA?
I know that there is is a rounded bottom or saucer pattern.

Most likely meaning is that we reached 10k in a round bottom/saucer pattern [not sure why it is golden though], suggesting further upside [as it happens in saucer patterns].
