Death Is the best penalty for rapist, because I see no reason why one will end up raping a female when they are many girls out there. If you like a female and you approach her she refuses, I think the best is let her go and look for another rather than raping her which is bad. So death penalty should be giving to who so ever that rape
Rape occurs when the criminals lose their fear about punishment. They don't become rapists all of a sudden. It all starts with low-level sexual harassment such as groping and public exhibitionism. When the criminals feel emboldened that nothing has happened to them, they consider serious crimes such as rapes.
