If bitcoin will eliminate the fiat then all beggars will be vanish or probably at least lessen the population because it is impossible for them to have access in internet and have gadget. I think beggars won't have the ability to have Bitcoin let us remember that there two things needed to gain access on BTC and that is electronic gadget and internet. Beggars are asking money to have food then imagining beggars having cellphone with mobile data is absurd.
