Hard to tell. This morning, I read topic on this forum, where ppl are talking about how late it is to buy NEO, cos its on 15$. 
I wouldn't do it now, dont think it will go higher anytime soon. Its better to buy some coins, that are ''down'' atm like appcoins etc.
Again your looking for this strategy you would say buying ethereum also wrong decision because it was trading around 15$ in 2017 January . Come on grow up NEO is attracting investors because its attracting lots of new projects . ANd chinese investors are more interested on this more over POS system which is giving GAS for holding NEO . THe gas worth more than 40$. I wouldn't do it now, dont think it will go higher anytime soon. Its better to buy some coins, that are ''down'' atm like appcoins etc.
