Recently i have gone through Prodeum scam wher they claimed "The project will combine existing PLU processes with blockchain technology." along with fraud details of team by giving fake address and name .
My question is here
1) Are people are becoming more greedy where they are not having time to research about team
2) People are not even thinking about possibility of solution simply investing to get richer quickly.
3) Scammers are making less effort to get money
4) Because of these kind of ICO's Coinmarketcap is decreasing??
In any area where you can use cunning and deception, scammers will always be present. And the more the potential profit, the more scoundrels will be there.
