What are you telling is true if your first plan is really for investment. But if you're trader first on hand and you lost 50% of your portfolio I think there's something wrong with your trading plan exit strategy. 15% lose in the portfolio is so much to bear as a trader. I think the cut lose should be set at 10% minimum and 15% maximum to maintain overall standing for the year. But of course this strategy vary depending on risk appetite of the trader or investors. Besides no perfect trading plan out there in the market what We only have is our personal experience.
That is definitely a very strong word and we always have to keep in mind. Never sell if you do not get the profit yet, and never sell when the price is currently down. If you are a short-term trader or daytrader, then I do not know anything about that. But if you are a long-term trader or long-term investor, then I am sure you already know and understand what I am saying. For those people who already know Bitcoin for about 5 years, will definitely not worry about this current price change and up and down. Because usually people like already know the grow of the price and the developing of Bitcoin for a long time. I guess I can give some advice to you who are still newbie and new to this whole thing.
