It is now. Bitcoin just hit $10K recently and that value is stable one. They say the if it continue to pump to $11K, we should be cautioned because there might be another manipulation just after the big correction.
We can know experience the real pump on upcoming days so we should hold our bitcoins right now since possibly we can see the new set of ATH made by the year 2018 of the bitcoins but let's also be careful upon expecting since sometimes the pump happening is a false alarm and the price will just go stable.
