Growing cannabis is restricted by laws in Russia, they might go to jail right after ICO start. Where are they going to produce all this? And IMHO such ICO is a bad thing to crypto, they can be used as examples of the bad crypto world without laws.

Producing an equipment is not forbidden. I may want to grow tomatoes there or cucumbers
Also, in half of Western Europe (like Spain), you could grow few for personal consumption.
