I deposited EMT. Logged in, downloaded image, baked it. Started my RIG. It worked only on pools developer added with stock hasrate. OC didn't work. Usage and control panel are below standard compared to what is on market today for free. Today I am using https://hiveos.farm. Best ever. 

When I deposited EMT was written it is refundable deposit. How can I get refunded and yes I will not be using this software again?
