software broken???
it's working here and I can see cash tables running , what are you exactly facing ??
does the software opens and freeze or is it not opening at all ?? in the past I had some issues with the software and if it's not a general issue usually uninstall it and downloading it again fixes the problem

- reinstalled 4 different times.
- crashes every time.
- crash on "send error report" repeatedly.
in that case the best thing is to contact their live support hopfeully they can help you
I'm using the software on windows 10 and got the update yesterday , my session yesterday was good and now gonna start today's session
so far it seems that it's working good here but will update you if I faced the same error
UPDATE
it seems that somehow downloading the update had apparently deleted my systems dgbhelp.dll file, LUCKILY i had the ideato check for older installs on my pc and found one from janurary installed that, then re-initiated the new update. all is good now.
currently loading some $5 2.0's
