Essentially what happened in Ukraine is a war between the two groups of Ukrainians (i.e the Western Ukrainians and the Eastern Ukrainians). It will be wrong to blame Putin for this. Obviously, he was supporting the Russian-speaking Eastern Ukrainians. But at the same time the Western Ukrainians were being supported by Angela Merkel and Donald Trump.

Please stop lying about a thing you do know nothing. The war was started by invasion of moskovite troops in Crimea, then russian citizens started to seize cities in Eastern Ukraine, killing and torturing people that voiced any complaints. Merciless rulers like Putin, Stalin, Hitler may seem effective from outside but God help you if you get on their way. Ukraine have made greatest contribution to nuke disarment giving away the third biggest nuclear arsenal in the world. World's powers give warranties of security but non of them provided military help when Russia invaded. Before russian invasion we have good chance to join NATO but nearly half of ukrainians thought we do not need it. Now at least 65% of ukrainians support our move to NATO membership but NATO must be dumb to accept country at war.

Good points, unfortunately this person is biased against Ukraine, may be he watched RT (Russia Today channel) all the time. That's sad when people lack political education, but start discussion and pretend that they know a lot.
Even people who are not following politics can know that at the time when Russian aggression happened US President was Barack Obama, and most of the forum political commentator even didn't hear the name Donald Trump
