While there is this method exist than it will be important for all investors to pass KYC procedure but I didn't see something wrong with this method. In current situation promising projects don't want to take any kind of risk that is why they are implementing this.

Ok thank you. I dont see sth wrong with this too. Iam just asking - iam pretty new to ICOs 
All ICOs now have to ask for a KYC when to receive your token due to the chinese and american citizens not allowed to participate in any sort of ICO out there . So the projects have to protect themselves from any legal issues.
