Yes it would be time. I think that too - now everything went wrong all are silent. Before all spammed the forum full with their GBs & hardware threads.
The feedback I got to my "polite" question about delivery status was: That it looks like that delivery starts next Thursday.
This was not the answer I was hoping for but better than other vendors. At least Bitmine is working hard on a solution for their customers even if it means that they probably make a loss on batch one as well (not just the guys who ordered .. missing out on mining revenue).

BUT WE ALL NEW THE RISKS (and that includes Bitmine).
