No, not all cryptocurrencies are scam. There some few ICOs that are scam but those coins that are already listed in exchanges are not scam. They already have value and patronized by many people. Many coins have been created by good developers and really promising ones. I also got a lot of profit from cryptocurrencies so I beleive it is not a scam.
