#TheQuin, if we get guys like this raving about their winnings, then we will get more people to use the Lottery, so this is beneficial for everyone. Instead of having a 1 BTC Lottery, we might get a 10 BTC winning prize.
Sure but it's human nature as I said before. This guy has masses of referrals and knows making this video is in his own interest to get more. I just don't see a way to motivate the masses to come forward rather than just enjoy their winnings.
I just want to see more transparency, is that too much to ask? Let's hope some incentive will be built into the Lottery winnings for people to report that too.
Also as I said before I think the numbers of winners are just too low to get an adequate response. Probably a very small fraction of the winners are willing to come forward and with only 10 eligible a week you might get 1 or 2 a year.
As for transparency, that's what provably fair is, what you're are asking for is publicity.
We will never see eye to eye on this, but we are close.
The objective is to kill two flies with one stone. You increase transparency for the Lottery and you get more people to use it. Most people do not trust Lottery systems and when we can establish that trust with proof, more people will join and more of the current users will use the Lottery.
I still believe lots of users are only using money received from Freerolls or refferal income to play the Lottery, because they do not trust the Lottery. Once you remove that barrier, more people will use their own money to play the Lottery.
