Civic already does this, and does it well. Who in their right mind would send personal info to an anonymous admin using google docs without a website? No one, that's who.
What exactly Civic does? Can you be specific about this. In our experience Civic does e-mail verification good but does not work well for KYC that is needed for Financial companies.
Regarding a website for Airdrop - we are following the way how most of the campaigns are organised. We did not want to overcomplicate things.
