Once i talked with ico staff member on telegram and they give me special discount approximately (75%) after he send eth address there were no transaction on that address should i participate in ico 
Just ask in main group about that. Most probably it is scam. In most groups even mentioned something like that: "will NEVER solicit payments via Telegram. The address for the sale and presale will only be published on the XXX website. XXX team team and XXX will NEVER pm you and ask for payment or share ETH address.". So yh, do not trust PM
