To give you more budget and increase speed of progress in order to get on larger exchanges a.o.,
I would suggest to raise the development share from 10% to 20% (-> the split then becomes 20% dev.team / 40% miners / 40% masternodes)

We need now people to buy SUCRE and lock it to nodes. Or just keep in wallet and dont sell again. With that process the value will go up. And in the end doesn't matter if 8k budget or 16k budget cos when price will be double its the same. So need more focus on value than on quantity.
