most coins do not have a maximum number, some are capped by halving regimes, some are capped by coded limitations on coinsupply,
most will continue to grow forever at a steady rate.

bumbacoin has a set 2 coin/block reward resulting in annual growth of around 1.05 million coins,
compared to say doge which apparently has a constant 5.256 billion coins/year,
vs
