I have noticed same thing. Looks like pool uses PPLNS reward system with very small N. Older shares dropped.
At homepage announced:
Blocks are distributed proportionally among valid submitted shares.
It must be a PPS i think. Pinpin needed for explanation.

BTC payouts are made automatically every 8 hours for all balances above 0.01, or 0.001 on Sunday.
You must pay all balances above 0.0005 first this sunday, and then change the rules.

How come website keeps changing payout amounts? Now it seems to say payouts above .005 on Sunday, It was .0005 and then it was .001 as you can see above which I have mined to .001 and expect to be paid. You can't keep changing the payout amounts on a whim. I check the site every day and there was no status message at the top saying anything changed. I'm sorry for all the troubles but I do expect to be paid this Sunday. Then I will go on my way and mine at hashrefinery I guess as my rig is not big enough to be mining .005 to be paid.
