The merit system will work only if the people in this forum generous enough to give merits to quality posts.
Without that all of us low rank members are just looking trough the window of a bitcointalk party without having
us invited. I am not against this system because I myself did mostly post spam posts in the beginning but after joining
a campaign and learning that if you bring value to this forum brings you also money things changed.
I think most people stop posting spam posts the moment they get in to a campaign.
