If the account has no master address set, no deposits, no login nor password, no email address we cannot recover it.(reference from YOLOdice faq)
So please write an email to

I remember I lost my account password once and I did not have a master btc address set either.

Just messaged Ethan about it using their email system and he was able to recover my account for me.
You only need to contact him and he might be able to help you if you have the required information he is needing so to prove you are the correct owner of the account.
