It's a good time to invest in NEO, because the price is going up. NEO is very good project and it's getting better and better every day. I think soon the price will be way over 200$
In a positive environment NEO will reach higher price for sure and it's a very good buy. More NEO startups = better infrastructure. NEO is still very far from ETH development level but it's doing good progress!
Indeed, After see the movement, i can say that NEO could be equivalent to ethereum and great than waves sometime in the future. With concept almost same with ethereum which is really crazy nowadays, its potential is visible.
