Now bitcoin transaction fees are reduced a lot so you can directly use bitcoins for gambling. Earlier I was also using altcoins for gambling purpose to reduce transaction fee even though I like to gamble with bitcoins but now I'm started using bitcoins already because fees already quite less and transactions also getting confirm faster.
