I'll go to police tomorow and will complain against X and Google.
The scammer most likely used fake details and is most likely in a different country where your police does not have jurisdiction.
Also I don't think you can sue Google for the content of an Ad.
They will likely be able to avoid liability under internet-publisher immunity provided by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
