I send payment for 5 units allowed by my coupon 0.1 coupon (.5 btc) and send a shipping label as instructed in the OP.
I get a PM saying I need to send 0.15 btc per coupon and that the cost is 0.15.
Why is the cost of a 0.10 coupon 0.15 when shipping has already been paid?

Do you work for him? Who charges 50% markup? This canary just got you suckered in if you use them for mining. These coupons are a joke to me, I laugh I read about it every time. I even saw other guys here selling for .17 or .18 BTC.
The guys supporting him are either fools or resellers who work with him for profit.
