Coupled with most coin calculators taking the highest priced exchange as their example being the result, that looks very much like someone who is trying to get miners to mine the specific coin.
Also the only ones doing it at those prices, if they did, would be the dev team. They had practically 0 mining cost and very high mining rates for themselves when/before they started, so theyre the only ones who can do it without losing the ridiculous amounts you're quoting.
