Yes, David Mah said that he negotiated "contract" with some exchange, we don't know which one it's gonna be yet. More info is coming soon.
It will be one of the big Chinese exchanges. They are waiting for the all clear from the exchange to release which one it will be. Will happen within 1-2 weeks I reckon.
