I report that opensource-electrum months ago with detailed explanation what is the problem-they thid not do nothing about that.
They should check what they allow to be advertised, since they not do that I consider them partly responsible for great damage to crypto users.It is possible that they know very well what is happening,but they do not care at all.

I just want to ask you if you can provide a proof to allow that you report the site to google. If you can, can you give it to me and provide a testimony ? It will be very important for me

Unfortunately there is no evidence that I reported that site or any other when using Report Phishing Page so I think this will not help you to prove anything.Google is not give you any feedback when you report any possible phishing site and as Xynerise say, they are well protect against any lawsuits.
Since there is many users who have experienced the same destiny as you do,maybe would be good idea to start some petition or something like that to force Google to check any site before give approval for advertising.I think they can do that,in case you want to put their ads on site the procedure is much more complicated.
