Guys, please be careful when creating a new address for the BCH airdrop, dont do it in a haste and preferably just use the chrome lite client no shady links online, just use the tool you used when you created your address from the beginning. Im writing this because i just saw over at reddit that someone lost their WCT.

Damn, i knew this would happen, so irresponsible to make the masses create new wallets. What did they think were going to happen?

If you do create a new wallet, please begin by sending over your WCT in these steps.

 1. Send 1 WCT.  Just to see that every thing checks out.
 2. Send over 1/4 of your WCT. Or a sum that you think the Thief will believe is all that will be sent to this address, if you have 1000 wct seinding over 100wct here would probably be enough.
 3. Wait at least 24h
 4. Check if your WCT you sent last day is still there.
 5. If 4 checks out, send over the rest of your WCT.

These steps are to prevent you from losing all your funds and it is generally good to follow these steps always when creating a new wallet. The 24h wait (i usually wait longer) is necessary to see if your address was compromised when creating it, it is also important that you really send over the first 1 WCT so the thief doent think that your 1/3 is the "check address OK transaction" and waits for the bigger one.
