Yes and on their website they say they have signed a letter of intent with a gift card maker or distribution network that is supplying over 30,000 locations . I know if I could go to CVS or the like right now and pick up  prepaid card I could load on bittrex or livecoin I would have it already.. oh and if I needed to sign up to another exchange to do that i woukd be on it .... hey crypto guy could you Google st view the company who does the card distribution and report back on what their address looks like ?
