I've been checking periodically and it's still been up for me.  Sometimes it helps to use https and sometimes not.  Right now I couldn't get it with http but https works and sometimes it's the other way around or both are up.  Sometimes I can even log in as well, just still can't transfer out.  Message at the top I see today is "We still fixing last DB issue.".  Like someone mentioned, maybe no technical resources to fix the problem so it's taking a while.  Keep the faith.
