I think you sent it from Coinbase. They tend to take time propagating transactions. Yeah, feel free to send it from elsewhere, and once I receive the original transaction I'll refund it (note that Poloniex has a withdrawal fee of 0.001 LTC, so around 20 cents)

Thus, I am setting a sell order for all the LTC at 0.0181992828 on Poloniex. The moment the LTC/BTC ratio hits 0.0181992828, the collateral will be sold and not returned. If the borrower is able to top up collateral before then, then the price will be shifted downwards.
