From what I can tell, the problem is that their emails are not reaching certain domains. I have an outlook.com email address and a few days ago I stopped getting login & withdrawal emails from btc-alpha (which is a problem since you need to get email to withdraw).
I created a new account using my work domain & am getting all emails (including withdrawals) just fine - but BTC is still stuck on my other account.
The problem w/ opening support tickets is that you can't tell if they reply, since you can't get emails from them - very frustrating.
If anyone has another way of contacting support please post.
The mail for login confirmations, withdrawal confirmation and support is the same. The mail from the support arrived without any problems.
A friend of mine has to repeat the withdrawal request several times to finally get a mail. Withdraw coins and if no mail arrives, cancel withdrawal and repeat the same procedure. He told me that he has to try at least two times and up to five times until he gets a mail.
I tried to contact the support in their telegram group, but they just tell me to create a ticket...
