Chill out, it's certainly not a scam and don't worry you will get your tokens or currency back. Just go onto telegram and get in touch with the guys there, they will be able to refund you or what ever you desire
Well def there is something since you are the only one complaining. I am sure you are missing some pointers. As jamzzz mentioned get into telegram or even just wait here the team always responds.
