Signed message from all wallets with funds and private keys and maybe picture of your family and friends too.

Even if all these information is implemented, all this can be faked. I do not think any other forum receives so much spam registrations. Only issue here is that a lot of money is involved even with discussions.
Not if Theymos makes it so that all users of this board have to meet him in person before signing up and have a 15 minute conversation with him to discuss their eligibility. Come on man.
