I think that it's a good time to buy Bitcoin especially during this sideways movement.. Be wary if it breaks support though, I would always be on a lookout.
You have the point, because anytime can be a good time to buy BTC because this is an opportunity to everyone who wants to invest and bitcoin is a one of a kind business to everybody. Others don't even know and they wonder how to go with the system it is very easy if you are willing to addopt and accept what was going on. Also gathering informations and research is a helpful way too. Aside from that we don't have to be worry because everything is being controlled if you know how it goes.
