The RPMs depend on the model, so that would be trial and error

I have had my GPUs running at ~70C 24/7 for ages, my oldest 580 is 18 months old, have been on 100% ever since i got it - Dont worry about that.

I typically just set the max temp to 80 and let the software handle it on its own.
